Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeonia hybrida from 10 different habitats. Methods An Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase being methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution(34.8:65.2,V/V,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1,detecting wavelength as 230 nm,and the loading volume as 10 μL.Results The linear range was 0.022 4-0.448 0 mg(r=0.999 9,n=6),and the average recocery of paeoniflorin was 98.8%~101.5%,with RSD as 0.355%-1.770%(n=9).Conclusion Paeoniflorin from plants in 10 different habitats were accurately determined, and which all meet up the pharmacopoeia standards.
