Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation for preventation and treatment blindness in rural areas.Methods 346 cases of senile,complicated,traumatic and congenital cataract implementation of the small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation Results The vision without correction was examined one day after operation ≥1.0 13 patients(13eyes),4%;0.3≤vison1.0 149 patients(149 eyes),43%;.0.05≤vison0.3 130 patients(130eyes),37%;0.05 54 patients(54 eyes),16%.Conclusion Small incison cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation is safe,the incision heals quickly and the patient soon vision.
