Clinical Analysis of 150 Cases on Small Incision Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery in the Treatment of Senile Cataract

Abstract

Objective To Investigate the efficacy of small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and aplication in primary hospital.Methods Non-phacoemulsification small incision cataract surgery were performed on 150 cataract patients(180 eyes),implantation of 5.5 to 6 mm-in-one intraocular lens.Results After 3 days,visual acuity greater than or equal to 0.5 were 94.4%,off-blindness rate was 100%.Conclusion The method has advantages of easy operation,faster in visual acuity recovery and good stability,and low cost etc..
