Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation training on the hemiplegia patients of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:70 cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. Both groups received routine medical treatment and nursing,and the former group received early rehabilitation care in addition FIM (functional independence measure.) of the patients,both admission and discharge were measured in order to evaluate their ability of daily activities. Results:The motion function grade in two groups after treatment was better than before treatment (P0.01).The test group had an obvious improve in the motion function but not cognition function compared with the control group(P0.05) ,there was no remarkable differenc in cognition score between two groups (P0.05). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation care was effective in improving the motor function of limbs and increasing the ability of daily activities.
