Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training for the functional recovery of acute cerebral infarction patients.Method:62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into early rehabilitation training group and control group. Two groups were measured with simple FuglMeayr method and Barthel index on admission and discharge respectively.Result:The neurological function of the two groups was improved at discharge.but the degree in early rehabilitation group was much higher than that of control group(P 0.01). Conclusion :The result indicated that early rehabilitation training was an important role in function training.
