Hemiplegia rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the rehabilitationtraining andpsychological rehabilitationof cere-bral infarction hemiplegic limbs in lag phase,convulsion phase and the relative recovery phase. Observe recovery effects of physical exercise and daily living capacity. Methods 80 of 140 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation training group,early onset patients were given psychological and physical rehabilitation training. 60 cases of the control group were given conventional treatment and care. Results after rehabilitation training,Barthel index was used to evaluate the daily capacity of the two groups,rehabilitation training group was significantly superior to the control group,the difference was very significant ( P 0. 01). Conclusion The psychological treatment and rehabilitation training to cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia in the early stage is an important part of functional recovery,making for the improvement of the ADL and quality of life.
