The Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Prevention and Treatment of Maste ctomy for Breast Cancer after Radical Resection

Abstract
Objective Observe and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of mastectomy for breast cancer after radical resection. Methods Selecting 64 cases of patients with breast cancer in hospital fromJanuary,2010- January,2013,and they were randomly divided into nursing group and control group,each group included 32 cases. Taking nursing care for patients in nursing group with corresponding nursing of preoperative,and taking received routine nursing measures for the patients in control group,and nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results Of the 32 patients in nursing group,2 cases h ad subcutaneous effusion;in the control group,4 cases had limb edema,1 case had necrosis of skin flap,6 cases had subcutaneous effusion,and 2 cases had restricted activity. And the results can be seen that the effect of nursing group were significantly higher th an that of control group(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention on the corresponding radical operation in patients with breast cancer,not only can shorten the time of hospitalization,but also can reduce the incidence of complications an d improve the quality of life of patients.
