Effect of Resection on the Rehabilitation of Holistic Nursing Care for Elderly Cancer Patients Underwent Radical

Objective: To research and discuss the clinical efficacy of overall nursing applied with elderly patients with radical resection of renal cell carcinoma in this paper. Method: 96 patients with kidney cancer from January 2011 to December 2012 in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group contained 48 cases. Underwent radical resection, the observation group accepted details nursing, while the control group accepted normal nursing. After the patients received nursing intervention on the patients clinical therapeutic effect, postoperative complications occurred, nursing satisfaction. As well as the improvement of nursing before and after the pain degree and the comfort level and quality of life improved degree of indexes such as observation and statistics. Result: Effect of the treatment group after nursing intervention was better than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Patient care in the observation group was significantly higher overall satisfaction of patients. Around patient care and comfort of the observation group pain score improvement was significantly better than that of the control group. Quality improvement of the observation group was better that of the control group. Conclusion: Elderly patients with renal nursing apply finishing radical resection of a significant effect, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting.
