The perioperative nursing intervention analysis of remnant gastric cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of the application of perioperative nursing intervention for remnant gastric cancer patients.Methods To select 64 cases of gastric stump cancer patients with surgical treatment,and all patients were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group and the control group,there were 32 cases in each group.The control group was only given perioperative routine care measures,but on the basis of the control group,nursing intervention group was given active nursing intervention.The situation of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Thirty cases of patients in the intervention group was satisfied,the nursing satisfaction was 93.75%(30/32),but 22 cases of patients in the control group was satisfied,the nursing satisfaction was 68.75%(22/32),compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the nursing intervention group patients was significantly higher (P 0.05).Conclusion Application of nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric stump cancer,it is worthy of clinical application.
