Effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.Methods Fifty - eight cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 29 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was received psychological nursing,diet nursing,intravenous nursing,health guidance etc.on the basis of routine nursing.Zung self rating Anxiety Scale was adopted to evaluate patients'anxiety and the duration of hospitalization was compared between the two groups.Results The number of patients with mild to moderate depression in the observation group were more than the control group,the number of patients with severe depression in observation group were less than control group,the difference was statistically significant,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusions Nursing intervention is helpful to reducing postoperative anxiety of breast cancer patients and improving the quality of life of patients.
