Abstract
Constitution is the fundamental law of the state,and constitutional supervision is the supreme mechanism.Enhancing the whole nation's Constitution awareness;establishing scientific and efficient constitution supervision mechanism;strenthening and improv-ing constitution supervision procedure;broadening the spectrum of constitution supervision and clarifying the system of responsibility investigation in violation of constitution is the key to perfect the constitution supervision system of the state.
