Guaranteeing to put constitution into practice is an important problem in the countries all orve the world.Since the contitution published,in the world many nations established the constitution supervision system in the different forms.How to perfect the system is an impprtant subject that now the world of the law is discussing.In order to perfect the constitutional supervision,first of all,we must define supervision organization.In this article,I'll explain that the right of the constitutional supervision must be exercised only by the National People Congress according to the content of the constitution text and realistic circumstance.In order to fit the need of constitutional supervision specialization,a higher special constitution committee must be set up in the National People's Congress so as to make sure the constitution is carried out efficiently.
