Model Choice in Perfection of Constitution Supervision System in China

There are three kinds of constitution supervision models in the world,namely,supervision from parliament or from supreme organ of state power,supervision from common court and supervision from a special one.There are obvious defects in the existing constitutional supervision system.According to China's current situation,we should adopt the special agency supervision system and establish the special constitution supervision organ--the independent constitutional committee so as to perfect the constitutional operating system and fulfill the role of constitution.
