On the Options of the System of the Supervision of Constitution in China

Abstract
The supervision of constitution is the guarantee to enforce constitution and realize the rule of law. The defects in the system of the supervision of constitution in China is not negligible. There are three current patterns of the supervision of constitution.Using them for reference, the design of the system of supervision of constitution in China should combine its present national conditions.
