Abstract
Some problems existing in the teaching of martial arts teaching in the Hohhot ordinary university martial arts options are analyzed in this paper,which martial arts teaching content options is not set according to the students' interest,class teaching method of martial arts is single,martial arts class teaching time is limited,the martial arts teachers is weak and lack of martial arts environments.Based on this,some advances are provided that class teaching should be carefully selected materials and arrangement of teaching content in the ordinary university martial arts option,increase the proportion of martial arts in physical education teaching,combined with modern technology,improve teaching methods,to improve teachers' quality of martial arts and martial arts for the organizations of different levels to establish a good atmosphere of martial arts.
