Abstract
Martial- arts education in non- sports universities in Beijing has achieved some successful results. However, there are some problems such as less class hours, the gap between teaching content and students' demand, lagged training for teaching staff, and so on. We should enrich the content of martial- arts courses in non- sports universities, improve martial- arts theoretical cultivation of teaching staff, implement the teaching model of inside and outside integration to make up the inadequate class hours,so as to realize the value of martial- arts education.
