Effect Of Vinpocetine for Patients with Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency

Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetina for patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods 78 VBI patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=39) and the control group(n=39).The treatment group received treatment of Vinpocetina injection 20 mg/d,the control group received treatments of DanShen injection 20 ml/d.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 72.79% of control group(P0.01).Compared with the index before treatment,in the treatment group,the index of hemorheology was obviously improved(P0.05).Conclusions The effect of Vinpocetine is obvious,so it can be recommended for clinical treatment.
