Vinpocetine treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency effect of 44 cases

Abstract

Objective Effect of Vinpocetine for patients with vertebrobasilar insuficiency(VBI).Methods 88 VBI patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=44)and the control group(n=44).the treatment group received treatment of Vinpocetine injection 40 mg/d,the control group received treatment of Fufang Danshen injection 20 ml/d.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of control group(P0.05).Compared with the index before treatment,the index of the average peak velocity of the vertebral basilar artery and the systolic blood pressure was obviously improved(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of Vinpocetine in treatment of VBI is obvious.
