Curative Effect Observation of Vinpocetine Injection in the Treatment of Chronic cerebral insufficiency 80 Cases

Objective Discuss vinpocetine injection in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency of clinical curative effect.Methods 80 cases of chronic cerebral insufficiency patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group the forty cases,the treatment group was given vinpocetine injection treatment group,give nimodipine injection treatment.Compare two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results Patients in treatment group total effective rate is 95% and patients in control group total effective rate was 82.5%,the total effective rate of treatment group is significantly higher than control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference is statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine injection in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency effect significantly,drug safety,reliable,and less adverse effect,it is worth clinical application.
