Study on Base of Relative Carrying Capacity of Resources and Problems of Sustainable Development——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

According to the theory and method in terms of relative carrying capacity of resources,relative carrying capacity of land resources,relative carrying capacity of economy resources and synthetic carrying capacity was computed in Hebei Province from 1996 to 2005 in this paper,also relative carrying capacity of resources was predicted and analyzed.Studies showed:①The synthetic carrying capacity of resources of Hebei had the state of overload long-term,and the relative carrying capacity of economic resources kept in a plentiful state since 2004,it was resources mainly of population in Hebei;②Compared with the other province in Bohai-rim region,the relative carrying capacity of the land resources was abundant,but the relative carrying capacity of the economic resources was overloading;③Relative resources carrying capacity of 11 place showed obvious difference.According to the questions that relative resouces carrying capacity of Hebei,this text proposed the countermeasures sustainable development realized.
