Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from December2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research object, Transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound examination, The results of the examination were compared with the clinical pathology, To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. Results 60 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section, Transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of 56 cases, the rate was 93.33%. And 19 cases of which were in the package,Incision in 22 cases of gestational sac, 15 cases of cervical pregnancy capsule. There was no significant difference in the diagnosis of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of clinical pathology, and the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy rate is higher, But there are still missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, Can be combined with other imaging examination confirmed.
