Abstract
Objective To explore the site Caesarean scar pregnancy ultrasound diagnosis and clinical value. Methods 60 cases of pathologically diagnosed with cesarean scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed from June 2010-June 2013 in our hospital. And transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound results with pathological diagnostic results were compared. Results ① postoperative pathological diagnosis results:sac in 14 cases, heterogeneous mass in 20 cases, 11 cases of embryonal and mixed mass in 15 cases.Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis were 12 cases, 19 cases,10 cases and 14 cases, diagnosis was 91.67%(55/60); abdominal ultrasound were 10 cases, 16 cases, 8 cases and 11 cases, the diagnosis rate was 75.00%(45/60), which was significantly less than transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis rate(P0.05). ②Color Doppler flow(CDFI). The results is: no blood flow in 3 cases,27 cases of rich and very rich in blood flow of 30 cases. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy best site inspection method, high accuracy, with a high clinical value.
