Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for Cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods The women diagnosed as Cesarean scar pregnancy who had been treated in our hospital during the period of January 2010 to December 2011 were included in this study.The imaging features of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were retrospective analyzed.Results 11 women with Cesarean scar pregnancy were treated in our hospital.Gestational cyst occurred in 9 women and mixed mass developed in 2.All the diagnosis were confirmed by traditional surgery,laparoscopic surgery,and pathological examination.Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose Cesarean scar pregnancy and determine changes during the treatment process.It is highly valuable in clinical practice.
