Abstract
Objective To analyse sonogram characterization of cesarean scar pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound, and to discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography for cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Seventy-one cases suspected with cesarean scar pregnancy were examined with transvaginal ultrasound, and compared with the last clinical diagnosis. Results Transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis had 95.8%(68/71) fit to the clinical diagnosis, which were 68 cases in 71.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography has vital diagnostic value for cesarean scar pregnancy, and it plays an important role in making invasive treatment decision.
