The effect of the early rehabilitation care of patients with esophageal cancer recovery

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation care of patients with esophageal cancer recovery of.Methods 130 cases of esophageal cancer. Divided into 65 cases of the experimental group and control group of 65 cases,the experimental group implementation of the system of early rehabilitation activities guide,the control group routine care,compared two groups of pain after the application of dose and time,self-Expectoration time,number of hospitalization days,with After the occurrence of complications.Results The dose of postoperative pain and time,self-Expectoration time,bed time and length of hospitalization,the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than the control group (P0.01),the quality of life better than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation interventions can reduce complications of esophageal cancer patients,reduce the number of hospitalization days,improving the quality of life.
