An Evaluation on Type Sysmex XS-1000i Blood Corpuscle Analyzer′s Performance

Objective:To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XS-1000i hematology analyzer(XS-1000i).Methods: According to the guidelines of International Committee for Standardization in Hematology(ICSH),the performance of XS-1000i was evaluated on items of precision,total repeatability,carrier contamination rates,linear range,comparability and WBC differential counts.Results: The precision,total repeatability,carrier contamination rates were all in the allowable range.The detection results showed a good linear relation in a broader concentration range and were well related with reference instrument.The precision of DC was acceptable,CV5.0%,and compared with manual method,the correlation coefficients were 0.367 to 0.821.Conclusion: The performance of XS-1000i is suitable for rapid screening of clinical blood analysis.
