Abstract
Objective To compare the analysis results of three different type hematology analyzer to guarantee the consistency of laboratory data and promote the reliability of assay results. Methods The hematology analyzer Sysmex XS-1800 i was set as reference. The WBC,RBC,HB,HCT and PLT from fresh blood samples with high, medium and low value daily were analyzed by Sysmex XS-1800 i,Sysmex XN-2000 and Sysmex XS-800 i analyzer. The linearity and recursion of data on the basis of 1 /2 of external quality assessment permission error from American clinical laboratory amended draft( CLIA'88) were determined. Results The correlation index of assay data between different analyzer was more than 0. 975( P 0. 05). The analysis results of three different hematology analyzers were correlated very well between each other. Conclusion The assay data of three different hematology analyzers are comparability and could guarantee the consistency of blood samples examination and reliability of assay test.
