Abstract
It is showed that non-protein part in the original toxin liquid has the pathogenic activity.The activity part of the toxin extraction liquid is a kind of the polarity and small compound.It can be melted in methyl alcohol.Compared with other two bioassay methods(soaking and smearing),the fitted bioassay method is acupuncturing because it needs less toxin and can cause the evident sympton radiply.CHCl3-MeOH mixed solvent could extract the toxin.
