Abstract

The factors affecting the toxin production of Curvularia lunata were researched in this paper. The results showed that the various strains were different in toxin production.CL-1,CL-2,CL-7,CL-13 strains were strong in the toxin production.Fries was the proper medium. The optimum condition of the toxin production was 25?℃,pH 8,light 12 hours one day and shaking culture.
