Abstract
The crude toxin was extracted from hypha and culture solution of Isolate 501 through three different polarity solvent: benzinum puncificatum, ethyl acetate and chloroform. The result showed that the toxin secreted by Isolate 501 existed in culture solution and the exacting effect of ethyl acetate with 92.7 percentage of recovery was the best. pH of exacting solvent had no effect on extraction .Analysis of storage time, temperature, pH indicated that they had little impact on the stability of toxin and this means that this kind of toxin has certain development value.
