Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of operative laparoscopy for pecilo-ovarian cysts in endometriosis. Methods:The clinical data of 112 cases was analyzed retrospectively.60 cases were treated by laparoscopic operation(group laparoscopy),52 cases were treated by laparotomy(group laparotomy). The symptoms improved were compared by different operative method. Results:The patients of group laparoscopy had a lower operative time,a lower volume of blood loss,a shorter post operative gastrointestional function recovery time and a shorter hospitalization stay to compare the laparotomy group(P0.01),however there were no significant differences in dysmenorrhea relief and the recurrence rate(P0.05).Conclusions:The laparoscopic operation is the primary treat method for pecilo-ovarian cysts in endometriosis.
