Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlations between the serum lipid metabolism level changes and the chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: 88 randomly selected healthy people from physical examination acted as control group, the 61 patients diagnosed with CRF served as the experimental group, the concentrations of serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,serum apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),apolipoprotein B(ApoB) and ApoA1/ApoB were determined with automatic biochemistry analyzer, while the lipoprotein a(Lipa) level was measured using immune turbidimetric test. All data were statistically analyzed. Results: TG,HDL-C and TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and Lipa level in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01orP0.05).But HDL-C,ApoA1,ApoA1/ApoB concentration in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01),There were no difference of ApoA1,ApoB and ApoA1/ApoB between both groups. Conclusion: During CRF,blood lipid metabolism disordered.Lipa level,a risk factor of coronary artery disease(CHD) or atherosclerosis(AS),which can promote the development of AS and concurrency ischemic,is obviously higher. So,lipid metabolism disorders should be controlled in order to prevent or postpone the cardiovascular disease and diabetes complications when nephrology disease is treated.
