Abstract
Objective:To establish RP-HPLC method for determination the content of flunarize hydrochloride in flunarize hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection.Method:C_(18) column(5μm,4.6 mm×250mm)was used at 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01 tool·L~(-1) monopotassium phosphate(include 0.4% triethyl- amine, adjust to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid)(75:25)and detected with UV 253 nm.The flow rate was 0.9mL· min~(-1).Results:The linear range of the method was 1-344μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.9999);The average recovery rate was 99.6% (n=9).Conclusion:The method is sample and accurate with good reproducibility and sensitivity.
