Investigation and Analysis on the Satisfaction of High-quality Nursing of the Patients with Laryngeal Cancer Operation

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of high-quality nursing of patients with laryngeal cancer operation, so as to provide a guidance for the promotion of nursing work. Methods 66 cases of laryngeal cancer patients for operation admitted in Department of ENT of the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from January, 2011 to June, 2013 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group treated with conventional care, and care group treated with high-quality care based on the conventional care. The psychological state and satisfaction of nursing work of two groups were compared and observed. Results ①The incidence of bad psychological state of care group(18.18%)was obviously lower than that of control group(54.54%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); ②The patients' satisfaction of nursing work of care group(96.97%) was evidently higher than that of control group(60.61%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Highquality nursing adopted in the nursing work of patients with laryngeal cancer has remarkable effect, it greatly reduces the anxiety and depression of the patients, improves the patients' satisfaction of the nursing work and is worthy of clinical application.
