Breast cancer operation patients with whole course high quality nursing careclinical effect report

Objective To observe the clinical effect of breast cancer operationpatients with whole course high quality nursing care. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer operation patients were collected in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care, the experimental group on the basis of the implementation of whole course high quality nursing care on the patientsof two groups, the incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction withthe comparison. Results The occurrence rate of complications was 6.67%patients of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of controlgroup, 36.67%, a statistically significant difference between groups(P0.05);nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the control group of 70%, there were statistically significant differences between groups(P0.05). Conclusion Breast canceroperation patients with whole course high quality nursing care can significantlyreduce postoperative complications, and to promote the improvement of nurse patient relationship, has very important significance to improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
