The clinical application of psychological nursing in the use of breast cancer surgery nursing

Objective To investigate clinical effects of psychological nursing in the use of breast cancer surgery nursing,which made guidance for clinical application. Methods 94 cases patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were divided into control group(given conventional nursing) and observation group(given psychological nursing),the negative psychological state and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results(1)The incidence of adverse psychological state of observation group(17.02%)was lower than that of control group(46.81%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);(2)The nursing satisfaction of observation group(95.74%) was higher than that of control group(80.85%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing has a significant effect in the use of breast cancer surgery nursing,which is worthy of clinical widely.
