Problems and Their Counter Measures in "Special-Post Teacher Program" in Rural Areas

Rural compulsory education has achieved great development since the Special-post Teacher Program in rural areas was conducted four years ago.But many problems have arisen during the course of conducting this program,such as special post teachers' inadaptation to rural environment,mental problems,heavy task and low salary.And also there lacks track management after the special-post teachers go to their post.With these problems still unsolved,the special post teachers' losing occurs.In view of these existing problems,measures should be taken for creating better atmosphere,enhancing humanistic care,making reasonable arrangements,raising the salaries,strengthening the track management and service so as to make the Special-post Teacher Program be further developed.
