Implementation of the Policy of "Special-post Teachers" in the Rural Areas: Problems and Countermeasures

The policy of teachers has added vitality to the development of rural education and improved the quality of rural teachers.However,some problems have arisen in the implementation like emphasis only on the degree in the recruitment,formalization of policies,special teachers' difficulty in their professionalization.In order to effectively implement thespecial-post plans,measures like improving teachers' adaptability to rural education,strengthening the execution of special-post policy,paying attention to teachers' career,and giving play to the policies can be adopted to resolve the deviation.
