Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of the levels of serum malondialchehyche (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and vitamin E in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods:From March to August 2009 in our hospital,28 cases of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were treated as the observation group,at the same time,22 cases of normal pregnant women admitted to hospital as the control group, the levels of serum MDA,SOD and vitamin E of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:In the observation group, the serum MDA of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, the levels of serum SOD and vitamin E were significantly lower than those of the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups (all P0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum MDA,SOD and vitamin E in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes for the prevention and treatment have important clinical significance.
