Abstract

Objective:To determine the levels of maternal serum SOD,MDA and VE in patients with abortion in order to analyze their oxidative stress. Methods:The levels of maternal serum SOD,MDA and VE were measured in 20 healthy non-pregnant women,20 normal early pregnant women and 20 patients with abotrion by chemocoiorimetry. Results:The levels of maternal serum MDA in normal early pregnant Women were significantly higher than those of non-pregnant women(P0.05),so were the levels of SOD and VE(P0.05,P0.05);the levels of maternal serum MDA in patients with abortion were also higher than those of normal early pregnant women(P0.05),while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased(P0.05,P0.05).Conclusion:The pregnant women with abortion were in oxidative stress.
