Expression of CD44V6、nm23-H1、PCNA、bcl-2 and Their Implication in Human Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of CD44V6、nm23 H1、PCNA、bcl 2 and the clinical pathological characteristic in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods The expressions of the 4 kinds of protein were examined by S P immunohistochemical technique in 30 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissue.Results The overexpressionrats of CD44V6、nm23 H1、PCNA and bcl 2 in RCC were 23.3%、66.7%、50.0% and 36.7%,respectively.The overexpressions of CD44V6 and PCNA were closely correlated with vascular invasion,and the former was also correlated with histological type in RCC.No relationship was found between the expressions of nm23 H1、bcl 2 and the vascular invasion、histological type、histological degree.Conclusion The overexpressions of CD44V6 and PCNA might be a good indicator for evaluating the prognosis of RCC.
