Abstract
Objective:PCNA Bcl-2 protein were examined in human renal cell carcinoma(RCC)in order to study how the RCC were taken place and the significance of those protein expression. Methods:PCNA Bcl-2 were investigated in 45 cases of RCC and 10 cases of kidney tissue by SP immunohistochemical method. Results:The expression of PCNA Bcl-2 were higher in RCC than in kidney tissues ( P 0.05).The analysis indicate that Bcl-2 and PCNA show no correlation in normal kidney and RCC.Conclusion:The occurrence of RCC perhaps related to the high expression of Bcl-2 PCNA.These tow target may be helpful for diagnosis between kidney tissue and RCC.The high Bcl-2 level in RCC may be related to their comparatively low sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
