Abstract
1180 samples about 43 kind of vegetable in Shenyang market were collected to investigate the complexion of pesticide residues determined by rapid testing method and gas chromatography.Among them eggplant,celery,Chinese cabbage,spinach and lettuce were detected pesticide residue higher than national standard.The main residues were omethoate,phosphorous amines,isocarbophos,parathion,phorate and triazophos.Pesticide residues in vegetables were influenced evidently by seasons.It is the most serious in winter.Pesticide residues in leafy vegetables were significantly higher than fruit and root vegetables.
