Abstract
Objectives To learn quality of sleep, anxiety, depression among migrant workers in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 224 female migrant workers were evaluated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),SAS and SDS.Results The total score of PSQI was 6.05±2.89.The rate of quality problem of sleep was 27.20%.Standard scores of SAS and SDS were 44.00±8.74 and 46.05±9.70 respectively. The prevalence rates of anxiety and depression were 24.11% and 31.70%.Analysis of correlation showed that there was positive correlation between sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction, scores of PSQI and SAS/SDS.Conclusions The problems of sleep quality, anxiety, and depression among migrant workers should be pay attention to and intervened.
