Abstract
Objective To investigate the sleep quality of migrant workers in Shenzhen. Methods Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale was used to evaluate the sleep quality of migrant workers, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The average PSQI score of 309 migrant workers was(5.80±2.76).73 of them presented sleep disorder, and the detection rate of sleep problems was 23.6%.The main problems of sleep were daytime dysfunction, subjective sleep quality, and sleep disturbing factors, and the percentages of PSQI scores 2 points were 48.3%,26.5%,and 14.2%,respectively.The main problems influencing their sleeping quality tended to easily awake or awake early at night and have long sleep latency, and the percentages of the two problems 1~2 times/week were 35.6% and 30%,respectively.Conclusions The poor quality of sleep is observed among the migrant workers, and it is necessary to take measures to improve sleep and promote physical and mental health for them.
