Abstract
Objective To understand the sleep quality and psychological health of workers in different public place. Methods Random cluster sampling 528 workers from hotels, dining rooms,ball rooms and supermarkets,making investagation and relative analysis between psychology and sleep quality with tools such as Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results Sleeping problem rate, anxiety rate and depression rate were 10.05%,10.23% and 41.10% respectively. PSQI,SAS and SDS score were 4.31±2.56,39.49±7.87 and 47.22±9.03 respectively . Conclusion Sleep quality and psychological health had significant difference among 4 different public places.
