Abstract
Objective:To study CHD patients, prothrombotic state about the changes of vWF,GMP-140 and Fg.Methods:The patients were separated into three subgroups, and the contents of vWF,GMP-140 and Fg in blood plasma were tested respectively and compared with that of normal control group. Results:Difference is significant when the blood plasma content of vWF,GMP-140 and Fg in these three groups with the control group(P0.05).The index of these three factors of the AMI patients is obviously high(P0.01).Conclusion:An obvious hypercoagulate state existed in patients with CHD.The risk of thrombosis can be predicted by the level of vWF,GMP-140 and Fg.
