Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical and pathophysiologyic significance of change of plasma vWF、GMP-140 in patients with B-CS. Methods vWF,GMP-140 were detected in 60 patients with B-CS and 30 controls using enzyme-linked immunosirbent assay(ELISA).Results The level of vWF GMP-140 were significantly increased in B-CS comparison with controls(P0.01),Moreover,there was no significant correlation between the vWF or GMP-140 and the platelet count in B-CS(r=-0.164 and -0.0369 ,P0.05) .Conclusion High quantity of vWF GMP-140 in patients with B-CS suggest that the hypercoagulable state of B-CS may be mainly caused by the increase of vWF、 GMP-140.
