Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Danxian Kanggu(DXKG) capsule extracted from traditional Chinese medicine on osteoblast cultured in vitro.Methods:Transmission electron microscope,MTT,PNPP and BGP content radioimmunoassay were used to observe the effect of DXKG capsule on the ultrastracture proliferation differentiation of osteoblasts.The activity of ALPase and the BGP content of osteoblasts cultured in vitro.Results:DXKG capsule had the effects on stimulated osteoblasts that ALPase activity rised and BGP content increased in different concentration,expecially in 20 mg/ml concentration.Under transmission electron microscope observation,changs could be seen in stimulated osteoblasts by DXKG such as the mitochondria were more fine and close and free ribosome were increased and the endoplasmic reticulum were more rich and large,showed middle electron density than that of the control group,but glycogen dissolution and liposome vacuoles obviously decreased.Conclusion:DXKG capsule possesses effects on stimulating proliferation and differentiation such as increasing the activity of ALPase and the BGP content of osteoblasts cultured in vitro.
