Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effects of Danxian Kanggu(DXKG)capsule extracted from traditional Chinese medicine on cultured osteoblasts in vitro. Methods :MTT,PNPP and BGP content radioimmunoassay were used to observe the proliferation, the activity of ALP and the BGP content of osteoblasts cultured in vitro. Results :It was found that DXKG capsule had the effects on stimulating the proliferation,ALP activity and the BGP content of cultured osteoblasts in different concentration. Conclusion :DXKG capsule has effects on stimulating the proliferation and the differentiation, and increasing the activity of ALP and the BGP content of cultured osteoblasts in vitro.
